Bike Day in Neustadt!

On the last sunday of August each year all the streets in Neustadt are shut down and everyone breaks their bike out of the garage. For 40km there is open highway and road to safely ride or walk upon. This course winds its way through the Palantine going in and out of small villages. At each village there is a rest stop sort of deal where there is music to be listened to and beir and wursts to be had. Freddy, Moritz, and myself figured at the end of the day we had rode about 8 miles. It was a beautiful day outside, and a nice close to summer.
